Course Content Overview

The program combines structured instruction of core TRIZ with AI-based practice across key innovation tools:

• Analytical tools: Function Analysis, Trimming, and Cause-Effect Chain Analysis (CECA)
• Problem Solving: Engineering & Physical Contradictions, Function-Oriented Search (FOS)
• Prompt Engineering fundamentals
• AI-supported hands-on exercises and project work; participants are encouraged to work on real company challenges (under NDA if required)
• Essential principles of confidentiality and intellectual property when using AI tools.
• Final test and certification assessment

Technical Setup and Delivery

The training will be conducted online via Microsoft Teams for the face-to-face and break-out sessions. Miro, an online collaboration board that you can use within your browser, will be used for the practical exercises. Each TRIZ tool will be accompanied by dedicated exercises to ensure hands-on application of the course content.

Time: 11:00–15:00 CET (18:00–22:00 China time)

Certification by MATRIZ Official

The AI-TRIZ Certification Committee of MATRIZ Official ensures the highest quality standards for the program. Members include TRIZ Masters Robert Adunka (Chairman) and Victor Fey, Jens Träger (TRIZ level 3), and Tanasak Pheunghua (TRIZ level 4).
Upon completion, participants receive the official Certificate, confirming their qualification as Certified AI-TRIZ Practitioners.

Course Fees

• Standard fee: €1,590 (net)
• Discounted fee for MATRIZ Official members: €954 (net, 40% discount). Note: an individual MATRIZ Official membership for 2026 costs only €100 — making the 40% discount particularly attractive.
• Certification fee: €110 per participant (paid separately)
